Happened to me in a non tesco store,nightmare!
Only thing i would say is to tell said person to log in clubcard account and in the clubard section it tells you how many points you have left, how many you have used and where,

Locarr,again trying to be even handed, I have seen your previous posts and you don't seem to be someone who kicks off without reason. Hopefully this will get sorted in time and it may just take some time. It seems at stalemate at the moment with no real facts that I can see? If all gave a little ground then perhaps it could be sorted:)

For the most part I'm not sociable. I can't stand busy, noisy pubs/clubs/bars etc, it's a little easier if I'm with someone I know well and trust (and there isn't many people I trust) but at the same time, I couldn't be with a group of people, I end up just sitting there like the spare wheel as I don't have the confidence to speak up/join in the conversation. It's difficult to explain to be honest.
