Finally managed to get a 4p Boys bugs raincoat today in Blackpool by using the Sefl scanners, there are quite a few left by the way.

I also got the biscuits and was charged £10 a tin but when I went to Customer services they informed me they don't to DTD on self service scanners as I should have noticed the price. My argument was that I used Self service as the checkouts were so busy and I did notice them go through at £10 but assumed that they would be discounted at the end with the B1G1F items etc and that as my 3 year old was chatting i hadn't noticed the total as I went through. Does anyone know if DTD does not apply on self scanners for future reference. Thankyou

Grr it makes me so cross when they say this! All my local stores have a long white sticker with black text on them that explains Tescos refunds and DTD policy actually stuck to the SS tills so I don't think they can wriggle out of that one.

How about i change my post to say, "how do i post a picture from my iphone4s on to here as i have looked at photobucket and cant do it, also as i have mentioned previously i am currently quite poorly with a stomach condition so please explain to me in a non-techinal manner as even the littlest thing is confusing me"

I'm sure I read somewhere that when you give up...if anyone offers you a ciggie, you dont say 'no thanks,I've packed in' as this may encourage them to encourage you to have 'sneaky' one....instead if you're offered you're meant to say 'no thanks, I dont smoke'...that way the other person isnt likely to try to encourage you!

you sound like you're handling it well though and in the right frame of mind to not be 'encouraged'....well done!

FINALLY got my clubcard vouchers through! won't have time to double up today, i have a million and one things to do including popping to T's but only for a colour for my hair (oh and maybe for some other bits Bootsalebargainhunter mentioned (thanks again ).

i made the awful mistake of dying it purple last year. have tried to get it brown, which it does... but then turns a horrible murky poop colour with a tinge of ginger. was hoping to grow it out but i don't have a chance while my hair is coming through such an odd colour. might have to keep dying it for a while until the murk has grown to my shoulders and get it chopped!

Hi katierose like I said not having a go you are welcome to post whatever and wherever you want - I am just giving my opinion that all the talk of FB working alongside MSE but keeping things selective and private is failing ... miserably

ps, i did an online shop the other day with all the codes... gets a phone call saying they couldn't process my order as there wasn't enough money in the account. i'd forgotten to leave money in the bank when i drew out my money earlier so it's a trek to the bank to put it back in so they can deliver my goodies by 6pm lol.

Just a heads up as well on the Pantene, I got some recently @24p, the brunette has been restocked and is scanning at £3.97 now.:eek:

Fudge if you have a mo can you post the details of the paisley stationery - is the SEL incorrect? What are the prices they are scanning at roughly?
