I can't go into too much detail but has anyone taken a big pile of clubcard vouchers in for the exchange thing only to be told some had already been used even though you still had them in your hand in pristine condition.

They can give a date & time but no details of which store they were used at & claim the clubcard was present.

I'd be interested to hear if anyone has had a similar experience, it wasn't me but I said I'd ask the experts ;)

hiya...not sure if you've had a reply yet as I'm still catching up!
I had this happen last year...lady told me some had already been used when I knew they hadnt, but she couldnt give me any other details...luckily I had enough on me to exchange for what I needed.

When I got home I rang the Clubcard number and they went through them all...explained I had used them online....I advised that although I had input the codes, I never completed the transaction, so didnt actually use them.....they checked and verified this and put the vouchers back onto my account.

Could this be whats happened? Worth giving the clubcard people a ring anyway as they have more info to see where the vouchers were used...think it also shows online anyway so you could always try there first ....hth :)
hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!
