Woke up this morning in such a good mood, and remembered I don't smoke anymore. Do you know what? My sinus is really clearing up, the doctor told me for years that it wasnt being helped by smoking and I didnt want to believe him! If anyone is thinking about giving up, don't give up giving up it's worth it:T but you can't do it till your ready. And I've decided not to worry about putting on weight until after xmas because I can only do one thing at a time. Usually I don't care who smokes in my house but I've decided no one is anymore, so for DS's party on Saturday they'll all have to smoke in the garden and I'll put the outdoor heater on like a pub. Sorry to go on but today I'm feeling proud of myself:p And now I'm on the right road will confess was smoking between 20-30 a day and had been for nearly 30 years:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:I started really

thats great news...and you're certainly not going on ....and tbh if you are, and that helps someone else give up then thats great! I keep thinking about it, but not sure I feel ready....I'm always out Monday nights so will have a go tomorrow! Already got some patches, which I will have to use cos I have no willpower! And got the electric ciggie to use as well...so really have no excuse!
And the 200 I ordered online using Karlies code glitches...well hubby can smoke them!

Will confirm tomorrow if I go ahead with it....and will need everyones support on here so you have all been warned!!!

Just back from H@m1lton, found nothing.
Went there mainly to look for the same pair of odd shoes i got last wk hoping to then end up with two pairs, think i'm going to have to put an insole in one of them so i can actually wear them. might look a bit odd tho hope doesnt give me a funny limp.
Might have walk over to w1@5ton later see if i can see Fox's biccies and cheddars, not gonna hold my breath as this store is far too on the ball.

thats where im heading:) might spot each other. its annoying that they dont have a scanner isnt it so you have to take a chance on things.

ill look for biccys and cheddars and try and post prices if im back before you set out

There are strict rules on what Tesco can and can't do with the information. Not actually sure why you think it would really be that much use to them anyway!!

I've logged in, used my clubcard and saved the wifi details.

Yay!! Night shifts done so back to normality for a few days )) Just got back from my local tesc*'s Hemsw*rth and am pretty pleased with myself. Used a few coupons so got a £15 shop for £10. The large tins of spam are on offer at £1.50 (small are £1.49) and there is a voucher floating around for BOGOF. Also bought 3 of the wrights ciabatta bread mixes that are 75p each but used 30p off coupons and the 3 for 2 kicked in so got them all for 90p. Another thing I found cheap was frozen crushed ginger (20 small cubes). Says Dorot on the packaging. Was only 37p and said same on SEL. Seems cheap as the chilli version was £1.50. It's near the frozen veg. Happy glitching day everyone.
