  • Morning everyone, Here's to a good day glitching and lots of lovely 4p finds;) Not working today so going to spend the day trying to catch up with my ironing!! in front of the tv.
    Day 8
Woke up this morning in such a good mood, and remembered I don't smoke anymore. Do you know what? I love not smoking:T:T:T I can't believe I'm saying that, but I do, I feel free;);) That sounds such a cliche but it's true. My sinus is really clearing up, the doctor told me for years that it wasnt being helped by smoking and I didnt want to believe him! My chest (No comments please) feels clear and my wheeze has gone, it wasnt a bad wheeze but I could hear it and this morning my skin is definately looking clearer. If anyone is thinking about giving up, don't give up giving up it's worth it:T but you can't do it till your ready. And I've decided not to worry about putting on weight until after xmas because I can only do one thing at a time. Usually I don't care who smokes in my house but I've decided no one is anymore, so for DS's party on Saturday they'll all have to smoke in the garden and I'll put the outdoor heater on like a pub. Sorry to go on but today I'm feeling proud of myself:p And now I'm on the right road will confess was smoking between 20-30 a day and had been for nearly 30 years:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:I started really
    young;)
Good luck Czerchy with the ciggies today, If I can do it anyone
    can;)
    Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:

i was going to reccomend youtube and the knitters thread but...
i would say look at you tube tutorials and start with a basic scarf or square, im left handed and couldnt work out how to crochet from a book but ive mastered the basics after watching tutorials its a really worthwhile hobby i knit loads for good causes and pressies im rarely witout somthing on my needles
there is a knitting thread on here as well as th charity knit a square thread everyone on either is very helpful so if you pop in one of those if you dont get the answes you need im sure you will be welcomed and given help:)

ive lost about a stone since joining this thread as im walking to T's at least once a day during the week:D

i did get the tco glich but havent actually touched one yet they are all earmared as pressies:Aand im managing to walk the mincepies off as they are almost gone:o

exactly! i could go everyday knowing that if i come back with nothing at least i've had some exercise and fresh air! there was 'plans' for a 'supermarket, hotel and restaurant' to built on some land about 2 1/2 - 3 miles away and i hope and pray it will be a t's if they ever get round to building it! i would walk there and back everyday armed with one of them granny trolleys if i had to and think of all the bargains i'd get and all the weight i'd lose ohhh it would be a dream come true!

  • No way I am using tesco wifi, there's a reason they want your clubcard.
Add that to the fact they can search the history of their server, no thanks!!

Must admit I'm a bit wary..

Err hmm, seem to be in the same club! How about a stock of tea, coffee, beans etc?
Moral dillema - when the beans were on a b1g2f, the offer didn't always kick in so I got dtd when it didn't. These all produced a price check voucher! Who would use them?

Just run out of the DTD refill bags of coffee, but the tea will go out of date before I get chance to drink it all, I have loads;) Lynx shower gel I never want to see again and I ended up giving away so much pancake mix it was ridiculous the amount I had. My real favourite was the finest roast potatoes in goose fat, I didnt have to peel a potato for months, and DS found some potato croquettes in the freezer last week:T completely forgot about them, but I do have 3 freezers:o:o:o
