I gave up on 1st September so still struggling! But I gave up for 15 years last time so hopefully will be announcing my 1 year next September !

Got me 2 75p tents and a DTD on the only Disney DVDs I could find with stickers. Unfortunately one DVD was 15 and the other 7 so not free but £8 for 2 DVDs wasn't too bad. Frootz didn't have offer SELs and the store was far too busy to mess around with trying the offers. A couple of 4p items (trunks and sleeveless vests) as well but no flash wipes or desserts. Forgot to check the cereals so will have to go out again tomorrow to stock up.0

just got back from nephews party...he loved all his Ts toys I got in September in the 90% sale...and it was nice to see the 1p Toy Story bags used as party bags! I managed to pop to Ts before I went to get coffee...had a look but no dressing gowns or boxers or socks.....no shavers...the Lynx showergel scanned at full price although did get 5 of the deoderant for 72p each....found Uno in a ripped pack for 55p...no trays, baby annabels, etc but did find the twin light striker thingy for £60 with sticker on...got £60 DTD....they also had loads of the 3for2 knives with the stickers on if anyone needed them?
Planned to put the light striker thingy away for next year for my nephew but ended up giving it him today as another birthday present...well it cost me nothing and it made me feel good;) I love that this thread has enabled me to treat my family far more generously than I could do if I had to pay full price for anything!!!
also got the BOGOF comfort from co-op on the way...so 2 bottles for 47p!!! Tons left so willbe going tomorrow after the school run to stock up!!!hoping for a very MSE Ts glitching 2012!0 -

I read so much last night the only thing that stuck in my head was duvets "Get up early & grab one, actually I got two"
Dropped DN off this afternoon as all buses being diverted had to almost pass Old Y again couldn't remember if Nikkilala had seen any there I remembered seeing grey whilst looking for blue so once again lying on the floor, fighting off uncontrollable children & their mothers alas no luck all £18 ones.
Flash red pack 72's scanned as £1but I only popped in for a sandwich anyway, Sunday is not the day to go glitching its too mad in these stores

Got some Photo albums today quite a few discounted at Sxevenxgx B water. Got the Grey Memo Photo Album 80p room for 160 photos and card slips at the back barcode 5052004 849944. A5 Size.
Also a Memo Photo album in grey holds 180 photos in a clear seal. Barcode 5051898 226824 40p. That one is square.
There were little ones in pink for 20p and grey ones 20p very basic but would make little stocking fillers and good value. I didnt buy these so no barcode.
Also 2 Halloween tights for little ones 4p each. But someone has cut the barcode out of those that should scan at 4p for women!:eek:Jan 2011 £10 Sports Direct, Football and 442 Subscription. Lindt Chocolate and a Camera and makeup.:j0 -

Hi everyone,
just got home after a nice weekend away and will catch up in a short while.
In the meantime the story for today. Went to Beaumont Lys. No clothes at all to be found and no chuggintons, knives or anything else for that matter. Mincemeat all seemed to be proper price too. Frootz didn't scan properly and the young lad on self scan was brilliant, did the maths in his head, beep beep beep beep and its all put through at very good prices and even then it added back 13p and so he tossed in a handfullll of change they keep handy in a tub which took another 50 odd pence off the bill so a result there. Also found 4 of these, just sat on top of the shelf all wrapped in polythene so took them down and scanned one. £2.50 so had all 4
Found 3 pairs of cherokee jeans in peterboro's snakey store. No scanner so got nice lady at opticians to price check them for me. Paid for them there too and got tags removed on the way out the store as the opticians doesnt have a tag remover. Nicely avoiding the possibility of being trouted I thought. Odd thing was there were just 3 pairs and all in the most popular popular sizes right at the front of the most obvious rail. Quite bizarre!
Got plenty of whoopsies in our last store and 1 pair of cherokee jeans which were left as they had no tag on them.
Bad thing was we found the DJ hero game in two stores, but in both was priced up at £80. Annoying as it must have been in at least one or two of the stroes we went in the day before but I assumed we were just looking for a game in the usual type case on the game shelf.
Overall not a bad weekends bargains! (16 pairs of jeans!! lol)0 -
Please can anyone help me identify the correct pj bottoms? I see plenty of skulls with hearts. Are they the right ones?
What about the Star Wars ones or Wally? Are they a bargain?Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me three times and I'll smash your face in.0 -
