    Another lurker finally posting....
This thread is so friendly and very, very addictive.... I have shopped in T's for several years and have never found any big glitches until I started reading this - thanks everyone!!!

I have managed recently to get the try by day pjs and a couple of casseroles (i have a few fairly locals)... but thanks to the pictures posted also managed to get some of the short sleeved vests (red and grey) and a tray today (S* N**ts has some of each left - and the tshirts were also identifiable by the fact that someone had put 2.50 on them in red pen - they are the ones that now scan at 4p, but are mixed in with new ones). I scanned the other tray designs, but they all were normal.

No knives, duvets, dressing gowns or slippers (there are possibly socks but i don't seem to scan the right ones!) Mincemeat is normal price.

    Congrats wirehair!

One of the main reasons for finally giving up was that I didn't want to be smoking around my kids, it was all the motivation I needed after several years of trying!:D

    Hello everyone,
Took long drive today to unknown store, found 1 lonely dressing gown and 1 Disney dvd with b1g1f sticker on, also found lynx shower gel with correct barcode but scanned full price  forget to check for wipes, empty shelf where cereals had been with correct sel. Went to ss and when I scanned the dressing gown it alerted member staff, I thought oh no trout time cos she looked well sour, over she comes and checks for security tag, off she goes takes it off then comes back and says that's fine! There's loads of clothing down to 4p we've been told to waste but you can have it. :D finished scanning and paid then trotted off to cs for my dtd on DVDs, which I got no problem and my first ever golden receipt!
Why oh why when its on something I actually want lol :T

    hi guys! :)

still need to catch up but my report first ;)

done only 3 stores because they are stupid and close at 4pm on Sundays! Why don't they understand that people want to spend their Sundays at Tesco?! :rotfl:

anyway... got trouted with my 4p finds today :( all 3 scanners in Wembl*y weren't working(I'd have complained to the manager if I had more time!) so I just took couple of them with my shopping including my first ever pair of 4p jeans! not mine now :( trout in training said he has to ask if he can sell them and the girl who came said he couldn't, they will be sent back(sure they will!) Oh well...

next store was absolutely rubbish... nothing at all there...

third one had some 4p items but no scanner(or I didn't find it: one wasn't working, one was taken off the wall, didn't spot any more...) so I first took a few things to the self checkouts, first the ones I wasn't sure and they scanned at full price so I asked the SA to cancel it and just got four 4p items, paid for them and carried on with my shopping :p the leaf trays started shouting "recalled item" and SA said she can't sell them...

the best thing of today: one dj hero from yesterday went back(goldie:p) so at least I got my petrol money+ don't ask how far I went... :o

see ya in a bit! :)

I have another question please on this one. Has anyone found that they don't go through at 1p?

I think a couple of people have reported them scanning at sel of £4.75. I brought mine at an extra and scanned at 1p, my local (not an extra) did not stock them so I don't know how much they would have been there.

tried it on SS today and the till said "recalled item, wait for the trout to take it off you" yesterday bought one on a manned till and it was 1p, didn't see any reports of it going through at full price hth
    Tiny question if I may.

Whilst looking for a bargain ;) for a fellow MSE member I took the product to the scanner to price check it, however the scanner thingie said "please contact a member of staff" (?) Anyone able to tell me what this means please.

In a store that had 3 scanners ALL of them did it to me today! I tried to scan, it didn't do anything and a bit later said to contact a member of stuff... I'll be back there next weekend and complain loudly if it's still the case!

Now the important stuff staggered off to Tvvicernan this morning and got two single duvets thanks czernia**** for letting me know they had some there are two left now & I got a 75p tent. I was looking high on the shelves not in the right row & I spotted the light blue handles, it took ages to find a tall man in there the women were tall but not the men to get it down for me.

However was spotted in there by someone I haven't seen for about 20 years so stood for 2 hours talking  I was just lucky she didn't see me lying on the floor rifling through the dressing gowns & I didn't find one

glad you got them :) should have told you there are no 4p robes, checked them all yesterday :o
