feel like I've dominated this thread since yesterday...but just wanted to share my good news.....thought I'd phone the lady whose car i hit last night and arrange to go and see her as I'm not convinced my car couldve caused the scratch...anyway, to cut a long story short, shes checked her car and said its only a small scratch and she has plenty of others self inflicted so is going to T-cut it instead tosave us both hassle and money!!! She said she drove it 30 miles last night home and again this morning and all seems fine so shouldnt be any further problems! Have sent her an interflora delivery as a thank you!!!

I had abandoned todays Ts trip in order to save money to pay for her repairs....but now I can go!!!!!

thanks again for everyones support and advice.....this really is a great thread!!! :)

Well done Looby! Must be a big weight off your mind.

    Potential overlap for today:[/B]

Cadbury Collection Tin 380G Tesco Better Than Half Price valid from 9/11/2011 until 13/11/2011 £5.00 Seasonal Biscuits Seasonal Biscuits

    Cadbury Collection Tin 380G
    £11.00 (£0.00/g)

    Half Price Was £11.00...
    valid from tomorrow

Its a shambles there were tins in quietw*ter in one place marked £5 & in another part of the store £5.50 had to lurk to see how much the lady behind me paid, they did come up as £5 so no glitch so far but a potential one definately.

Nikkilala if you get itchy feet today I know you aren't really into DTD but at Old Y on Friday night several tins of biscuits had OOD SEL but I was in a hurry

I don't want to put you on a major downer but the person you ran into the back of may claim whiplash! Soz to be the voice of doom but be aware :(

Get to your doctors with whiplash too so it backs up your story that she rolled into you, no punn intended!

    Xmas Saver!
In case anyone kissed it when posted it on the last thread, and maybe someone on here may have got a £9.50 BMX:

My local (is a Metro store) has these kids bike/skate helmets for £2.75 each, £12 online (but OOS).

    http://direct.tesco.com/q/R.203-5929.aspx

Was hoping they scanned at £12 for DTD but wanted them anyway. Ideal if you are getting your kids a new bike/rollerblades/skateboard for Xmas.

As I said I'm no lawyer but I THINK if you go into the back of someone then your to blame. Dunno I may be wrong & of course you can stand up in court & argue your case that other car rolled into you especially if there was no witness dunno dunno

Not strictly true, a bus rolled into my front end on a hill and blame was placed on him. Lots of witnesses on the bus but not one would give police a statement. None could be bothered!
