To be honest, I am of the opinion that the trouts that are confiscating the items are actually taking them to buy themselves.

HO have deliberately lowered the prices of the old stock. They need to clear warehouse space for Christmas, so 4p is better than nothing, and thats ignoring the extra 'bits' we all pick up while we're there, even if it is just to pad out the shopping baskets lol.

i think any illegal action isnt on the shoppers side!


Embaressing child story- took my DS to the cinema to watch toy story 3 when it first came out. Long queue. Very busy. My son, 5 or 6 at the time, big voice 'Mum, can I have some cockporn'. I choked and pretended it was nothing to do with me...

'MUM, can i have some cockporn?? You give it me at home and I like it, so can I have some here please'

Obviously it suddenly goes deathly quiet and I have a million or so eyes on me

I managed to mutter "He means POPCORN, he got his letters the wrong way round!", before everyone bursts out laughing.

I'm just glad it was dark in the theater so I could keep my head down!!! lol xx

Thats my local Fudge but I can't leave the house tonight as OH working away - would have gone for the light strike otherwise (I did look today after my 4p shirt find but couldn't find any stickered ones)

Hide a hat for me though if you can - I liked the look of nikalias

I could only get them in AAA but there are AA out there as well.

Update on my missing cheese- i spoke to CS today and they just said to pop in and collect another one :-)

Took a different route to work today (20 mins extra walking!!) for the cereal in an express but it was £1. Got a couple of boxes anyway cos the chocolate ones are good for munching when you are in need of a chocolate fix!

When I go for my cheese tomorrow, i'll have a scout around for the batteries as well.

I have to go to 3 or 4 different stores for all this you know!
