I don't have a copy of the page now because the CS took it off me yesterday & stapled it to her refund copy but as it doesn't mention prices on there at least I don't think it does they should honour it. We got DTD so 3 gift sets total £3 if I remember correctly

However the small print at the bottom of the page, does say in selected stores. So if they notice this, they in normal trout style, decide to use this as an excuse.

No go at cs for me tiday with the gift sets. Showed them the mag with the offer but it was a polite no. She said that they changed the offer to half price which is better value for customers. I had a refund. Even better value!

Managed to get 6 toy story bags at 1p, and used a till spit for 50p off gift bag no min spend!

    Thats loot bags sorted now.

Sounds like the same argument I had yesterday over disney dvd's. I mentioned dtd and they told me as the dvd's had been £15 each when they were on BOGOF (2 dvd's for £15) and the ones I had brought were now only £8 and £6 and that by honouring the BOGOF I was actually getting them cheaper
They continued to repeat this argument to me about 3 or 4 times, as if I didn't understand them. Eventually I politely explained to them that I was not actually stupid and understood their calculations, but the sign behind them did not say we will refund double the difference, unless the price of the item is cheaper than it was last week and if I brought say a pack of ham and was overcharged then I couldn't give a flying * what price they had it for last week as dtd would still apply.

Well needless to say once they had finished d/w my dtd for light strikes (didn't argue over this one), then I spoke with cs supervisor who agreed sa could process dtd on the dvd's as well.

It was only at this point that I realised in all the confusion it was a golden receipt for the light strikes :j I could not get out of there fast enough with that one
