I'm not very techie minded so don't have a clue if this is feasable......but is there any way we could have a first page similar to the one on the voucher codes board where all the info relating to the 4p deals, knives, toys etc. could all be in one place so it would save having to trawl back through the old thread to find them or people having to ask the same questions?
Is it possible that the photo's could be posted there too. I know I'm constantly hunting for barcodes and pictures!!

Just started to try & copy it all to word and was going to put it all on the 2nd post but the photo of the mincemeat jar made it all go a bit weird, its late will try again tomorrow when I get time

Thank-you back off out to tesco :rotfl:

OMG only just got back from Mr T's. Whilst there there was two fire alarms and the store had to be evacuated. I was really panicking the second time around as my trolly was full of goodies that I had to leave behind:eek:

Anyway went out on the hunt tonight for the DJ hero thing but there was none in our store. However ended up getting a pair of score by day try by night PJ's as thought they would definetly go through at £1 got to the till and they went through at 4p so went and stocked up on more for the men in my life for xmas. :T

Found a babybliss mens 10 in 1 grooming set that went through at £3, A paddling pool that went through at 30p, Dressing gown went through at 4p, some reduced hankies to £2 (bargain as they were on my list to buy my grandad in law for xmas).

I tried the cider initially the SA scanned it at £1 and then realised she had scanned the bottle for the individual one and not the whole box so altered that.

Also picked 3 dressing gowns for the kids and 3 pairs of slippers on the 3 for 2 offer. Although felt like a bit of an idiot afterwards when I was querying the receipt as had expected to get one dressing gown and one slippers FREE however hadnt factored in the 4p PJ's that I purchased

Overall a good night tonight.....Tomorrow is a tesco free day for me as I have promised hubby and the kids so hope all the offers are there monday....

Well done on getting the rest of your DTD back :j
I think a lot depends on who you speak to at HO. As soon as the woman I spoke to (at HO) said she would discuss it with the store first "as she wasn't sure what that store's policy was on wrongly priced items" I knew she would leave any decision to the store itself. (I did query the "individual store policy" bit......... surely Tesco have a "blanket" policy but she said sometimes it depends on the store) ????

I did ring HO back and told them I wasn't happy about the conversation with the Duty Manager today (basically he said that the two staff who checked and confirmed the SEL last night have looked at it again and agreed that the description is different ). The person who took my second call at HO said I should really follow it up with the original lady in HO who took my first call and has emailed her to call me again

It really is the principle now as I feel that they think I am stupid...... I read that SEL numerous times and KNOW that it described the product I purchased, it WAS an overcharge for that reason and they are trying to tell me that barcodes AREN'T unique to a product

Sorry forgot to look in first store, second didn't have anything like that hope someone saw your original request for a photo of SEL. I may go out tomorrow if I have the energy

    hello :D

nice new thread I see here, I'd like a nicer name for it though... :p

I'll report about my day and go to read back...

I was late for my first interview because of my T addiction! :o :rotfl: Got stuck in traffic on the way from T, called bf to get my interview clothes for me and the papers and he drove me there while I was changing my clothes in the car! :eek:Still 10 mins late... :o Wasn't keen on that job but who knows... :rotfl:
The other one isn't a favourite too so I can't stop thinking that I wasted half of the day and could do more Ts  :rotfl:

Anyway had a very nice T round trip :j
In the first store(O$terl*y) I got the dj hero for xbox360 DTD  only 10 quid profit as the sel was 35.00GBP(there was the wii one at 40.00GBP and the CS lady left it there), 3 pairs of spotty fashion tights and Elle magazine ;)
Next one was rubbish(tvvicken4am-they still have the 1.90 single duvets! and I managed not to get one! LOL) as no scanners and no dj hero
Third one was GREAT! :D (n3w mald*n LOL) I couldn't find a way to get there first and was running late but couldn't leave the 19.99 sel for wii dj hero behind :o nice fat dtd :j also 2 leaf trays and the kids rain coat for 4p! :jdidn't find a scanner but took a chance... :T also another Elle mag :p

Thanks to everyone who posts their finds! :A

see ya in a bit!

So you broke the scanner in Osterleigh :D I must get up early and go to TvvHum I really want to get one of those duvets ideal to wrap mother up in when she has the fire & radiators on and still says she's cold watching T.V.

Ah me too - to being in N Ireland - to Disney - to family all over the states lol -

Flight wouldn't bother me but the boys are only wee yet ! Im mostly worried about the heat coz we'll be going in july and the last two times we were in florida it was July - so humid !!! And it rained lol Still got a good tan though! Just don't think boys would enjoy that type of heat just yet !

Have the biggest craving for sesame chicken lol

Love America, hate flying its so boring but its worth it, we found the best time to go to Florida is May or October re the weather. Try going to other places in America in July its just way too hot 104 & no humidity:mad:

    Hi bargainhustler......

If you are keeping check on this thread whilst at Lakeside, could you have a look to see if they have any Chuggingtons in stock there please? I am desperately trying to get one of these for my little girl and have been just about everywhere else :)

    TIA :)

Hi Winjackie, I had a look, but I'm afraid there was nothing left, just an empty shelf.

I did manage to get the last slumberland summer duvet for £2.25p and some flash wipes. :D
I hate twitches, but I LOVE glitches!!!

Is it just with the other PS3 games or am I looking in the wrong place? We did 7 stores today and seems odd we didn't find it. Did you get DTD ok?

You only looked through 50 robes?? We looked through probably 200 or more to find those and all 3 were together right at the front of a row in redditch. Non anwhere else.

Yeah, no problems with dtd :D They must have read the thread last night  :rotfl:in the first store I got dtd without asking, the second one I had to ask and the CS guy said he has to call his manager over but the manager told him on the phone to just give me dtd :D

The bundles are with the other gaming things, however usually at the end of an aisle or on the shelves half way down the aisle with games... white big boxes, hard to miss... all variations ps3/wii/xbox scan at 79.99 so just look for the sels ;)

I will be on the look out for the robes tomorrow again then :)
