One quick question re: the scarves (Nikki you have some beautiful ones in your collection!), are they ALL SS11? All the scarves in my local yesterday were AW11 (I checked them all!).

    TIA

The one I got was SS11

I have put a post on there raising my objections as well but French Knickers worded her posts much better than me so I think I'll just follow her around the thread posting underneath her posts "I agree with French Knickers" :rotfl::rotfl:

Anyway.... where's my manners ..... Morning everyone :wave:

    Firstly:

I'd love a road trip too! Lets see what's about to rummage for next week eh? :D

**runs off to find the brasso and polish the new medal**

Sounds like a plan! I live a bit day by day at the moment as you know, but my Uncle is doing great at the moment so its a bit more relaxed around here.

On your journey home, if you do find extra scarves than you need, please think of me. I've got a spare bed rail we can do a bit of bartering with.... oh and of course the tomtom case if you still need one. I've kept it safe for next time I see you.

Well having a tesco free day would love some of the socks, scarves and pj's but not having any luck in Gri**by or Clee*th**p*s store with the clothing items would also like the bag. think i found the purse but when i scanned it (before the scanners broke) it was £5 so not hundred per cent sure it was correct one..

    Morning all :j:j

Just had loads of pages to catch up on since i last logged in before breakfast. Been a good girl this morning and printed off all my money off vouchers - cheese, comfort and bread etc, so going to hit my local and take a few things back i bought the other day - Tights!! thought they would go through cheaply as AW10 but went through at full price, so didn't want to attract attention to myself by returning them at the time, also going to take a coat back i bought in the sale - really lovely, but its CREAM and i don't manage to keep my tops clean at the best of times, my boobs are like a shelf - everything sits on them - whether i want them/it to or not. When im at home even my dog sits on them, i have told him time and time again im not a climbing frame, the rest of the family thinks its funny - ok in the winter to keep your chest warm i suspose.
Well hope you all have a great day.
Well done Nikkilala on giving up the smoking, really wish i could but to be honest i enjoy it. Czer' keep thinking positive thoughts and your job will soon be with you. French Knickers im with you all the way ref the new way to post finds:mad::mad::mad: might as well ring Mr T's and tell him exactly where everything is or even hold his hand and take him to them!!

And the rest of you hope you all have a great day, im certainly going to the sun is shining down here for a change so im going to get out and make the most of it xxx

Well I could sit here all day reading what you folks are up to but I'd better get my a$$ into gear and get ready for work. Roll on tonight when I can catch up again. I seriously think I've got an addiction to this thread! lol. Hope everyone has a good day.

I'm just reading through, so don't know if it's been answered yet, but if not...
    From http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/taxcreditsbudget/index.htm#2

From 6 April 2012, the rules for couples with at least one child are changing. In most cases, to qualify for Working Tax Credit your joint working hours will need to be at least 24 a week.
    This will mean:
    • if you both work your joint weekly hours must be at least 24, with one of you working at least 16 hours a week
    • if only one of you works, that person must be working at least 24 hours a week

For single parents there is no change in hours worked.

Thanks for this info. A million thanks. I wonder how many couples were unaware of this and are gonna come unstuck in April.
