    Morning gang! :)

Anyone know if you can freeze cheese?
Fancy getting 3 blocks tomorrow but unless I can freeze it I'm worried I'll just chomp it all too quickly!
"Buy me, Lady", said the frock, "and I will make you into a BEAUTIFUL & WHOLE & COMPLETE human being".
"Do not be silly", said the Man, "for a frock alone cannot do that".
"True", said the Lady, "I will have the shoes and the bag as well".

I know this may sound completely selfish - was quite pleased to have my OH with me when i last went on an away day to Mr T's, but the more i think about it the more i want it to be my guilty pleasure - as the more i get to save from our house keeping money the more we have to put away for our holidays and such like.

And the cheeky so and so has just rung me and said he had seen a coat he liked in T's and has taken our cc vouchers and doubled them up to buy it!!! Nooooooooo - i was saving them so we could book a nice weekend away somewhere :mad::mad:

You taught him too well if he knows how to double up cc vouchers.
My OH doesnt really understand the in & outs of CC vouchers, a bit like he hasnt a clue what the Family Allowance/Child Benefit is;);)Think he thinks it's about a fiver a month:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    A couple of quick questions:

Why when this thread has expired is it still being used for deals to be posted on it? Surely there is a new thread now? At the moment there seems to be about three regular Tesco threads going and for those of us who don;t have all day, every day, to sit and look through them for deals it makes life very complicated!

Second, why do people keep obscuring the store names. Surely it means that someone doing a search to see if anything has been found in their local store can't do so?

Finally, bear in mind those who are cheerfully using the instore wi-fi to search out some of the DTD deals, chances are that as Tesco will have your browsing history, they could feasibly use this to prosecute for fraud! Whether they WILL or not is another question, however, considering some of the tales of people knowingly making hundreds of £'s by this method it may prove worth their while. Of course, they may go down the line of simply blocking MSE being accessed through their wi-fi! ;)
exactly, why should tesco staff find the glicthes in their store? then go and correct them. also people shouldnt be spoon feed deals. if you dont like our thread, go and join the other one.

us lot here, chat (lots of) care, and cheer each other up when down. we give out medical advice (nagging) and help each other with cooking various things a well.

your welcome to join in as well.
life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.

Essexhebridean, this is primarily considered to be a chat forum for Tesco addicts. The previous thread title made this clear but we have had a new thread recently and the title is a little unclear.
It is a helpful little community that all are free to join in.

A lot obscure the store names to prevent Tesco staff checking the threads for their store references.

Lots of threads get moved so folk here share any titbits they find from other threads and sites for the rest.

For many it is their one stop shop.

    Hope this helps.

Yes, definitely. Best to grate it up first and put in small bags, that way you can use only what you need.

    Afternoon all,
I got one of the light strike guns for my son today, dtd no probs. There were loads on the shelf but no need to be greedy nor draw attention to myself!

Found the super skinny jeans but all too big for me too, really need a choc or pudding glitch before i waste away!

Got a new cheap un for you, its not much but anyway,
Frozen, tescos 2 cheese and onion pasties, hand crimped, green box with best bake on them, sel £1 but scanned at 25p. There is also a minced beef pack but i didnt get those. These are the sort that need baking.

Also, when i got dtd on light strike, cs were very nice, i handed cc over but she said they dont deduct points any more when its their mistake. She did say she was expecting a nice present from me for christmas. I told her if i spotted a dtd, it was hers!

Returned the games i got last week on dtd, and swapped for cod for son with microsoft points too. Hes going to be one happy bunny. He is getting a bit spoilt but we missed him the last two christmases so making up!

    Hopemevery one is chipper.
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.
