I am a newbie hoping to join in with this thread. I have been reading through the last couple of days and would like to join in the money saving and bargains. I went to Tesco last night, managed to get a couple of boys raincoats for 4p. Also ladies headbands, bows, flower clips and flower bands all for 4p too, which I don't think have been mentioned?. Couldn't find any ladies jeans
Does anyone have a piccy of them? x

Thanks for the headband info and welcome to the nutty zone!
Khaki too French Knickers
Sorry can't post a pic, those that follow this thread know how ancient my computer is and how it would grind to a halt if I tried.
Here is a bit more of a description if there are any still out there.
"F & F blue super skinny" on label attached to jeans. They also have tag attached by string to the belt loop saying same and "Authentic Denim". Embroidered in back of waistband "Super Skinny".
Barcode for Blue Denim Size 12 5 052319 612233
I managed to find a really light blue denim too and I think darker blue than the ones above (sorry not exactly sure as DD2 went back to uni with 3 pairs in her size all different shades of blue, she was the luckiest one) and I also found a khaki pair. HTHs0 -

I bought some mincemeat with a USE BY of the 3rd. Forgot about it until now and i've just got it out of the fridge and it smells ok. Its gone that brown colour but thats just due to light hitting it so i'm fine with that.
What do we think.... dare I make lasagne?? Normally I will give out of date stuff to the dogs if its giving off any odour but this just smells meaty... it is five days past its sell by though:eek:
We only eat organic meat so its not cheap, £4 to throw away is a lot!life is like a loo roll. the nearer the end you get, the faster it goes.0 -
