well done and look at the following

    after giving up smoking:
    Within ...

    20 minutes
Your blood pressure, pulse rate, and the temperature of your hands and feet will all return to normal.

    8 hours
Remaining nicotine in your bloodstream will have fallen to 6.25% of normal peak daily levels, a 93.25% reduction.

    12 hours
Your blood oxygen level will have increased to normal and carbon monoxide levels will have dropped to normal.

    24 hours
Anxieties peak in intensity and within two weeks should return to near pre-cessation levels.

    48 hours
Damaged nerve endings have started to regrow and your sense of smell and taste are beginning to return to normal. Cessation anger and irritability peaks.

    Avoid Mr T duirng the 48hour irritability!!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

My OH and I have tried to give up several times and I go cold turkey and he has tried various nicotine replacement stuff but the last time when he tried to give that up it drove him mad. After 3/4 wks he went back to backy. It was the constant watery mouth and feeling so crap. If anyone has any tips to get through I'd appreciate it.

THere is so much to read, here I can't seem to figure out how these deals are working.
Can anyone be patient enough to explain to me how you are finding all this stuff to cheaply?
PM me if you like to let me know.

    THanks.

i like the whoopsies there and thats the only reason i go. And if i happen to come across a bargain, lucky me but i dont go into looking to much for any dtd or anything. There really on the ball there and has put me off wasting my time. What other stores are good around the area? Im new into the area

Glad to finally find more people in my local area :) I totally agree managed to pick up some great whoopsies from the store. I managed to pick up a DTD last week on a Disney Princess sleeping bag but never found anymore there. I don't think it's the store that's on the ball, I think there must be someone near who is lol. Most of the time the stock is there but the SEL has been removed, so guessing someone has already got to it before.

Hello, just finished my first night of a week of nights, so writing this, very blurry eyed. Had a good day yesterday, got all the coats, knitwear I had my eye on, some stuff going back though as OH refuses to shop with me in Tescos , so I had to get him 3 coats and bring them home so he could choose one, two will be going back. Also managed to get two of the Dual strike sets and 5 Bakaguan thingies, four 1p trays, two pairs of 4p slippers a pair of the checky lounge pants 4p a toy story bag 1p, no kellogs variety packs, no dressing gowns which I was looking for no Blu rays, which I was also hunting down and sadly no Baby Annabel dolly, all the dolls I have seen have been laying down in the box rather than sitting up. So a really good day over three Tesco stores absolutely no problems with any of the DTD back on toys, will be sharing out with DS and DD2 for christmas pressies, this thread is amazing Thanks to all you lovely peeps who post, might go to bed now though Yaaaaawn !!! night night!!

PS now no longer a DTD virgin today got back in total £320 so got all my toys FREEEEEEEEE, was so happy and will go a long way to helping my meagre Xmas budget!! thanks again everyone

well done squigs with the new 1p bday card find!! Now just need a 1p toy to go in the 1p toystory bag and next kiddies b'day party sorted

karlie is in her final yr at med school, i'm very surprised she has the time to chat to us at all :eek:she will be a very busy bee I am sure at the moment, hope she finds a bit of time for us soon, I miss her too x

things gone from bad to worse with OH and not sure I'll cope on my own should it come to it, i look to people like caz for inspiration......he works away (his choice.... loads of jobs locally) so probably won't be that different only last time he left i didn't cope v well emotionally:(
He just used the famous " well your the one that's desperate for me, and you'll never find anyone else" line on me :mad::mad:
Sorry totoally off topic, not fair as can't be bothered with T's, just seem to have lost the interest but lovely to keep up with what you guys are up to.....wish i had something more productive to contribute:(
mum has hosp appt tomorrow and i am sure she will drag me to T's if we have time so may have something to report back tomorrow x

ps MKS love your witty comments x

((hugs)) probably not my place to say but that sounds like classic mental abuse and you shouldn't have to put up with it. So glad that you get inspiration from caz etc. Light heartedly, think of yourself in advertisers' speak - Because I AM worth it or the 'ultimate', I am not just ANY girl, I am CELEBRATE.

Hope all goes as ok as possible with your mum today.

Thank you for your compliment - I always hope that my comments are taken the 'right' way as I don't wish to offend..............However, my last gaffe was in thinking that QPRanger was a male :o:o and I really hope that she wasn't offended.
