Anyway, I managed to get my strawberry and raspberry beer and some other bits and pieces. I asked one of the managers if they had any of the 49p cereal selection packs left and he said he personally put the last two packets on the shelf earlier, another person was also looking for these. 10 minutes later the manager came running up behind me and said he found two packets and asked if I wanted them. I took them both and went on the hunt for the other person looking for them and offered her one. Anyone from here?Tonight :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

well done and look at the following
after giving up smoking:Within ...
20 minutes
Your blood pressure, pulse rate, and the temperature of your hands and feet will all return to normal.
8 hours
Remaining nicotine in your bloodstream will have fallen to 6.25% of normal peak daily levels, a 93.25% reduction.
12 hours
Your blood oxygen level will have increased to normal and carbon monoxide levels will have dropped to normal.
24 hours
Anxieties peak in intensity and within two weeks should return to near pre-cessation levels.
48 hours
Damaged nerve endings have started to regrow and your sense of smell and taste are beginning to return to normal. Cessation anger and irritability peaks.
Avoid Mr T duirng the 48hour irritability!!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Popped to T0RRY earlier as I couldn't be bothered going to the big one. Finished my shopping and my upstairs neighbour (pain in the a r $ e!) spotted me putting my shopping in the car and he came up to me asking if I could wait for him so that he wouldn't have to carry his beer up the road. He said he would only be 10 minutes.....3 hours later we're still in there! I think he has OCD as everything gets examined. He picked up several bags of tatties inspecting each tattie in each bag before deciding on a bag. He wanted a sandwich but every word on the packets got read because he couldn't eat anything if it contained eggs that weren't 'Free Range'. When he realised he wouldn't get a sandwich with free range eggs in it he looked for a meat one, but only if the meat wasn't Halal/Kosha because he won't eat Halal/kosha meat. In the end he settled for cheese and tomato. He spent an hour examining the fish and half an hour checking out the beer! I gave him a lift up the road and he asked me out for a pint. Decided to drop the shopping and the car off and he said "I'll be down in 10 minutes". 2 f e ck i ng hours later he appeared!:mad::mad: He knows I don't like going out/busy places yet he persists, so much so it's easier just to agree to go for a pint just for simplicities sake.

I knew there were a couple of regular posters who go every now and then but you post finds, etc so it's good. But I've never found a decent DTD or major finds as they seem to have gone by the time I get thereIt's just a little frustrating at it's the easiest store for me to get to as I don't drive and I always seem to miss out. Need to learn to drive, will help my bargain hunting
Good luck if you do go this week, hope you do better than I did0 -

He just b l oo dy annoys me at times. :mad::mad:
It was 2 rounds each, luckily I had money as he normally always asks when I haven't got any, well I do, but it's an excuse I try so as to avoid going but I always get back "ach I'll stand ya a couple er pints and you can get a couple of rounds in next time" (not that I like doing this, but as I said previously, it really is easier to give in and go than listen to him go on about it for 20 minutes) and then we get to the pub and he says "you'll be able to manage a round won't you?, it's not going to totally skint you". 9 times out of 10 no it won't skint me, but when he comes away with that and I genuinely am skint it puts me in an awkward position.0 -
