Humax 9150T Problem

Occasionally when I have recorded a programme or Series, the recording has stopped part way through.
Sometimes it is 2 minutes or sometimes 26 or 40 minutes for example.
What has happened?

They are pretty good on there at responding, having said that, I cannot see your query on the site.

You have registered and signed in to do so?

Give Humax technical support a ring, they are very helpful. If you register with them, they will also keep you up to date with the times for over the air software updates, when to retune with any switchovers in the postcode region for the various models etc:

"For further information please do not hesitate to contact Humax customer services by email at uksupport@humax-digital.co.uk or on the telephone on 0844 669 8800."

Make sure you don't have any channels in the 800 range as they can be a major source of recording errors.

Auto tune can pick up signals from Transmitters other than your preferred option, resulting in channels this range.

If you do have channels in the 800 range you need to manually tune to your Transmitter using the following guide:-

I always tune mine this way and have never had a problem with my 9150.
