Ryanair Travel Credits/Refund

I booked a trip to Dublin in December but Ryanair have cancelled the flight and moved me to a later flight. Originally I thought this would be OK and so I clicked on the link in the email about it to accept the changes. However, since then it looks likely I won't be able to go.
Does anyone know if I can still apply for a refund or credit despite already accepting? It doesn't say anything about this in the terms and conditions. I would rather get a refund but if I'm going to get refused it for the above reason I'd be better off trying to use the original flight after all and work around it!
Any advise greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
