Help which exercise dvd is the best

Thank you bella that is realy good of you, i will have to check them out and see if they do them on dvds then i can give my others to charity shops, I know they cost a lot of money but it is cheaper than the gym and the big plus i dont have to go out of the house, And i realy do think i have had my moneys worth out of them.

A bit confusing I know... but, all my links are for dvd's, although it says video it doesn't mean video as in cassette, so no need for you to hunt and at those prices you can buy a few at that price...:T

Amazon have a lot of customers reviews. I went through a LOT of the reviews on Amazon before I decided to get:-

Angela Griffin's Dancemix Workout 2
The All Star Workout dvd

Both had great reviews and they are really good, you are dancing more than following exercise routines, which, for me, works because I don't feel bored.
