Homemade Mustard Help

Hi all, wonder if you can help me.
A few months ago I came across a site(?) that showed how to make mustard. From what I can remember it was basically put various colours of mustard seed into a jar, cover with cider vinegar and leave - shaking every couple of days. And the flavours of mustard could be customised. I want to make some jars of different flavoured mustard for my dad for christmas.
But, can i find that site again? Nope. I've googled till my fingers are sore and searched this site, in case it was here. Might anyone be able to help please?
Thanks

Thanks Squeaky - that's my blog! Surprised to switch on to find 170 hits on my mustard recipe
It's REALLY easy to make. I get my mustard seeds from SpiceWorld (now JustIngredients - apologies, as a newbie I can't post links yet  just paste into the browser:- justingredients.co.uk/culinary-herbs-and-spices/whole-seeds/yellow-mustard-seeds/prod_706.html#"])

BTW - I also made an alternative with balsamic vinegar & blended until smooth. REALLY GOOD (if not a bit pricey), makes an excellent prezzie!
