Can this be done? ie if I scan a document in can I then send as fax from my computer?

Yes but you would need to be on dial up or get a dial up connection to use the analogue signal as a fax cant use digital, why not scan the document and send via email as an attachment, or use someone like this http://home.efax.com/s/r/uk_search?VID=40409&CMP=BAC-int160

thanks, they have asked for it to be faxed and not emailed,...........!!!
Pain but heh ho its a job application and this sort of thing is usually a test on how you follow directions.
