Today have the first one-all was told was to restart the pc as being the first time of apearing.
Is this the sign of pc starting to go wrong?

It's the sign of using Windows instead of MacOSX.

Blue Screen Of Death is just because something was wrong, either with hardware or software. When you restart it fixs the problem, however if if happens all the times try to save/backup all your docs and reformat the system. The next time the BSOD happen continuely then you have to get the problem hardware replaced.0

On the blue screen there should be a failure code. Make a note of it and google it; hopefully it'll give you an idea of what's wrong.
Have you installed a program lately, or some hardware? These are things that can cause problems and generally fixable.

You seem to have had a problem with malware yesterday and today you have the blue screen. I think you may still have problems with malware on your system. Try following posts 1 to 4 in the Malware/Spyware removal guide at the top of this forum.

If you still have problems after this, post a HijackThis log here.0
