Thanks, but there's no interest in the TV part of the package.

Hi- I have used Primus for a year because their rate is much cheaper. My advice is that it is without a doubt paying a bit more instead. I have had a nightmare with Primus. They were charging me a higher rate than the one I was supposed to be on (a special offer)- and they only managed to rectify it after 8 months. It's impossible to ever get through to their customer services, they have never responded to my emails. I could not wait for my 12 months to be up so that I could change to a provider who would look after the transfer for me. They are much cheaper for a reason.

Thanks for your comments. Mind you, I use TalkTalk currently and I have to say that while they cost a whole lot more than Primus, their service is pretty poor.
