Hi hope this is in the right place i have got £60.00 worth of love 2 shop vouchers which i can use to purchase items at various stores on the high street howevever wh smiths are refusing to accept them in return for Cigarettes surely this is wrong as i should be able to buy what i want with them

Each store that accepts the vouchers will have their own terms and conditons for using them.

The profit margin on cigarettes will be very low and when added to the fees levied by the voucher company Smiths will have decided it isnt worth their while to accept them for those items.

AFAIK, many retailers will not accept vouchers etc against items such as tobacco, postage stamps, lottery etc.
I know Sainsbury's, for example, will not let you collect or redeem Nectar points on those items.
It may be worth asking WHS for a copy of their T&C's regarding gift vouchers?
