Thankyou HH, if you could please remember to feed them whilst I am gone it would be much appreciated. They are rather keen on the slow cooker Rice Pudding recipe !!! xxLBM July 2011 - Finally took control Nov 2011 DFD Sometime in the distant future !

Morning all,
Just shovelling down a huge bowl of brekkie. Feels like the last supper, nothing to eat or drink after 6am!
Terrible night with pain killers at all, I honestly can't wait to get into that hospital. DD2 got a little tearful but he knows I will be fine and both Girls are going out for the day today with a lovely friend of mine and her children, so they will be so busy they won't have a chance to think about it.
I will have hours to kill so I am really hoping I can get some wi fi and planning to settle down and catch up on all the diaries . I feel like I have neglected everyone do much.
While I am in burbling mode, couple of things to mention -
Lloyds have rejected my PPI Claim, so off to the FOS I will go as soon as I can sit still long enough to write a letter.
Santander - Re Abbey mortgage exit fee, cheque for £30 arrived , so that was a pleasant surprise as letter was sent on a whim
Olympics - managed to get to see Final of the Torch Relay in Hyde Park with Girls and some friends. Great but very hot and tiring day.
Mr Pinot working like a madman, 3am starts for last fortnight , no time off until 14 August. He should be home to collect me from hospital Later today if they let me go. Fingers crossed.
eBay sales been going mad. Not quite sure he much is in PayPal, I need to check. I know I should put towards the debt but ideally do want something to sit on in the garden , as I am hoping to be able to finally sit down for a while after today. DD2 has become my unofficial eBay parcel wrapper !
Mr Pinot and I have managed a few nights out amazingly. One a BBQ at some Friends (?) who think we are Mr and Mrs Wealthy . We left early having Spent the night listening to comments on how much money we apparently earn, when I then heard another comment from so called friends husband, that Mr Pinots cycling obviously was doing nothing for his weight, I nearly went for him. Bad back or not. Instead I calmly collected my children and other belongings and walked out seething.
The second was an Olympic Get together last Friday with three other couples and their children. Fantastic night and wonderful company. My Girls ended up sleeping the night and didn't return untilsaturday evening by which time I was missing them soooooo much .
I think that's my lot for now , other than a sneaky but tiny signature update that appears to have slipped through the net of the eagle eyed Ms HH !
Oh and did anyone else watch the gymnastics yesterday? Robbed of that silver or not ?!
Have a good day everyone. Catch up soon.

Morning Mrs 17.59%
Glad D day has arrived for you, will be thinking of you, fingers crossed it does the trick.
Great that DD is getting involved in the enterprise.
Pleased you managed to make some social trips. It's finny how people have perceptions and what they base judgements on isn't it. Still just goes to show you don't have to be spending money to pull it off!
Quite right you need a wee purchase to assist your convalescance. If you recover well you will be fitter to earn more moeny so job expense right?!
I haven't seen olympic yet, busy with work but that should ease off for a few weeks after today. Goodwood starts today too
I've officially past my 50% mark. Would be 58.1% if interest had been stopped but there's another story.
Have a good day all.

Here's to sitting out in the garden, sipping Pinot Grigio!
I hope everything goes well today and that by this evening you're well on the way to recovery.
