Importing bookmarks into Mozilla.

Hi,
I've just got a new system and I saved my old bookmarks on a disk. I'd now like to import them into mozilla but when I go to file and import the only option I have is to import them from IE. When I googled importing bookmarks on mozilla it showed the same option but there should also be two others underneath - import from netscape or mozilla and the last option is import from file. But as mentioned I only have the option to import from IE. Is there another way to get them from the disk to mozilla? Thanks

In FF, Bookmarks - Organise Bookmarks. Then in Bookmarks Manager, File - Import, which gives you the option of importing from IE or a file.0
