3G and wireless portable computing

Has anyone any thoughts on a small, lightweight, portable computer that can be used literally anywhere (ie because either 3G or wireless will be available wherever it is).

I'm looking at the Apple Ipad2 with 3G and wireless and wondering about it - but its rather dear and I would need to buy a keyboard/case on top of this. So - the price is a lot more than I would be looking to pay at present and my suspicion is its still "early days" for the technology involved...

I dont know much (qualify that - I know darn all....:o) about things like this and am just wondering if I can find something that will do me for all I really want from computers - but in any location, ie:

- access to websites
- e-mailing
- Kindle e-books
- YouTube
- watching tv programmes on IPlayer

That list covers everything I personally require - so am now wondering if there is something small/cheap/lightweight that will cover all that yet - or its a case of "wait and see" and see how the technology develops for a whiles yet...(as I suspect).

My hopes are that I can get a laptop/netbook for around £200 that will cover the above functions and be both 3G and wi-fi.

I'd like something small/lightweight/cheap that I could lug round my home (non-wireless) or take "out and about" and be able to do all those things and my hopes have been raised rather that that is either here now or will be here soon by my 3G/wireless Kindle I have recently purchased. I've now figured out how to get into the "experimental" mode on this Kindle and get at the Internet whilst anywhere "out and about"...:)

Is there such a thing yet? If so - what do people think of it please?
