Ukpc parking charge appeal rejected

So I parked my friends car (which i'm insured on) in my flats underground parking which I have a permit for, the permit however fell off the window on to the chair, which could still be seen and now I have a £90 parking fine. The photos online of the car show every aspect of the car apart from the chair where the permit had fallen! There are also no signs from my car parking space to the lift with the 'terms and conditions' on and weren't given anything when given the permit.
Shall I just ignore letters from now on or do you think UKPC will have a valid claim to go to court?
Thanks!

Yes and no.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
This is a scam and nothing will happen. You have not broken any laws or breached any contract. If there was a legal bais for the charge, you would be taken to court rather than receive a series of threatening letters.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

Post it back to them once you have wiped your bum with it.0

They are saying that they do take people to court? Also as I was the driver, not the owner wouldn't they have to prove it was me driving?0

Yes, they all say that, that is part of the confidence element of the scam. PPC's very rarely take anyone to court and when they occasionally do, they very rarely win!
In your case, the letters will dry up and it is just hollow threats because you have a permit and your lease probably grants you free and unfettered access to use that space and I bet it says nothing about having to display a permit to use said space... in your case they are 100% going to lose as opposed the 99.99% chance we say everyone else has of winning!

No kidding!!!! Now now, think about it. You run a business and your aim is to get rich yesterday by scamming vulnerable people. You erect a sign on your driveway to state that one parking in breach of your terms "agrees" to a £350 penalty (oops sorry!) parking charge notice. If you even try to exemplify your first victim by suing him, your apologetic letters will return to you rejected by the courts whilst your would-be muggins is none the wiser. Now are you going to admit this to the next target??
I don't think so!
They don't do court because they CAN'T. They have no evidence that the keeper is the driver in the initial stages, and even when they have established this they still have no leg to stand on when demanding figures far beyond losses.
Relax!0
