Cold Play - Manchester - would like to buy tickets - not sure where from.

My 11 year old son is mad on ColdPlay and I would love to take him to their Manchester gig as an early Xmas present.
Due to his age, we would need to be in the seating area of the arena.
The following sites have tickets but how do I know that the tickets being sold on these sites are genuine?

Also, how do I know that if I purchase 2 seated tickets, that they will be next to each other - the info only gives the block and row number (not seat number - does the venue have seat numbers?)
Alternatively, does anyone on MSE have tickets for sale (long shot, I know!) or can recommend a specific seller on ebay?
