I got the exact same reply from them. I emailed the following to the feedback link (didn't hit reply).
To whomever it may concern,
complaint ref abd0123xyx
I am writing in reply to the feedback I received on the above complaint.
I feel that the generic answer did not address my specific complaint and I wish for my complaint to be addressed. While I understand that the BBC received many complaints regarding this show I feel that as a subscriber to the BBC service I deserve an answer specific to my concerns.
As a disabled worker who, until very recently, both worked full time and received the highest components of mobility and care DLA on "special rules" I am concerned at the insinuation that disabled people on benefits should not work. Many disabled people are isolated and left to rot because of their illnesses and work (be it voluntary, full time or part time) is an outlet to allow integration into the community.
I realise specific feedback can take a long time to research and compile but I am happy to wait.

Typical BBC bully boy tactics.
Push out a load of vile propaganda and lies, and then refuse to be held accountable to complaints against it.
Whats worse, is the public are FORCED to pay a licence fee, so they can produce this propaganda.[greenhighlight]but it matters when the most senior politician in the land is happy to use language and examples that are simply not true.
[/greenhighlight][redtitle]
The impact of this is to stigmatise people on benefits,
and we should be deeply worried about that[/redtitle](house of lords debate, talking about Cameron)0 -
Perhaps an e-petition to abolish the license fee, thus both shoving the BBC into the real world and depriving the government of its mouthpiece?"Never underestimate the mindless force of a government bureaucracyseeking to expand its power, dominion and budget"Jay Stanley, American Civil Liberties Union.0

Same bland standard response not addressing any of the points I made or justifying distorted statistics. I'm going to complain to Broadcasting Complaints Commission
This site won't let me put a link in but you can just google it!0
