Can't get any money - the cash point is telling me I have used my max for the day:eek:
Cant get the website or contact them on the phone anyone know what is going on?

I know registered for ages......... wrong board to post etc.. but couldnt see anywhere where this would fit

We will probably be told off for discussing this in the wrong forum but I think your not alone, just saw a discussion on HUKD about this and appears few are getting the exceeded limit from the ATM's and when using cards in stores.
Hope its sorted soon for you.

oh god I'm with HSBC too, hope it's sorted soon otherwise we won't be having dinner tonight & no shopping tomorrow!

i phoned hsbc and all there computers are down. Internet banking not working ,cash points gone to pot.

was shopping in matalan about 2.30pm when the lady at the desk says no way you can`t have your shopping, get cash and come back, went to cash machine and said that i couldnt have any money eventually after waiting 35 mins on phone to hsbc they confirmed the uk systems had crashed and they were trying to get it sorted within the hour, im stumpped all weekend with no cash if they dont get this sorted!
