I'm on O2 but don't have an App phone. I'm registered for Moments online but the Cafe Nero offer isn't on there. Do people with App phones get more offers? Seems to penalise those who can't afford to upgrade their old fashioned phone!!!

Or reward those who have an expensive phone because they are likely to be on a higher tariff!

Why are you on a higher tariff when you use an Ovivo sim card? Smart phones have a navigation facility and can pick up deals that are close to you wherever you are at that particular moment in time. Thanks for that useless comment btw :rotfl:

Can you browse the internet at all on your phone? I spoke to O2 when I upgraded to a smartphone (all be it a second hand one considered 3 years out of date operating system wise) because I couldn't download the app as my phone is too old. If you whinge at them over the phone, they send you a unique web address so you can access the phone app, through the browser you use to access the net on your phone. It's a roundabout the houses way of making it work, but it'll get you there.

If you can't access the internet, phone and whinge at them if I was you, say you're not receiving the full service you're supposed to expect from O2 or something, see if they'd like to reimburse you in some way maybe
