Has anyone successfully used this online?

    I keep getting:

'The requirements for the coupon that you entered don't match your order details. Please review this coupon's requirements and edit your order accordingly.'

I get the same message, however after I visited their site I did receive an email with a 10% off code which might help if you are spending £50+ I am not sure if it is account specific but I will post it over on the discount board now.

You can send the message to O2 on a ipad if you are connected to wifi. To get the code just put your number in and you will get a code to be able to see the offers.
    . :)

I have downloaded the o2 app and if I choose an online offer O2 send a text and code to the phone but if I want an offer that is only on the app like the M&S offer I cant use it as the code is not on my phone and I cant get wifi in the store. I cant access the downloaded code offline either.

    Am I doing something wrong?

I can access my saved offers on the app even without wifi access, I have tried this on two mobiles and iPod Touch. You do need to click on 'use now' while connected to wifi, then load the app and you will get a few error messages stating can't connect, just keep clicking okay then go to 'me' and view your saved offers - the code will still be there.

  • I got an 8GB micro SD card with mine. There was pretty much nothing else that would have been free. I asked for a £10 credit voucher first, but apparently they won't let you have that, they said it would cost O2 too much money! Guessing the margin on my microSD card was about 80% or 90% then.

  • On my hubby's O2 priority moments I noticed a selection of thank you vouchers for various shops ( which I didn't get?) anyways we choose the play.com one so we could buy a game for our son but to our frustration and disappointment the code wouldn't work and now it's expired? Has anyone else had this problem or even this offer? Thanx x

This offer is for the anniversary date that you joined O2. I have not had this offer so unsure how long it is available for.

SanDisk Micro SDHC 8GB - Was what I got
Various in car chargers, including iPhone charger - Don't have a car
    Mini Speaker - Sold out
Phone Case/Pouch for various phones - Worth about 99p
iPod/MP3 Player socks - Don't own an ipod
Car window mount for phone/mp3 player - Don't have a car
JVC earphones - our local never had these in to begin with

There didn't seem to be much there unless you own an iphone or a ipod or a car. They never had any headphones under £10 our local, or if they did they sold out very quickly indeed. None of the cases fit my phone. It was all tat really, I found it really hard to find something to spend £10 on, I went in 3 times in the end because I kept hoping they would get some better stock in. I was about ready to give up on life after I had queued for 40 minutes as well.

The mini speakers and 8GB micro SD cards are probably the only items worth near enough £10. The other items you can buy online for a few £ but they are okay for free.
