The mobile number wasn't on the sim protection card which is why at first I couldn't find it. It was printed inside the paper packaging.

Thanks for that! It's not on the SIM any longer, or on the protection card around it, but it is as you say printed on the wrapper.

Can I ask where are the phone numbers? I've got a sim as my old one had expired but numbers not on SIM card or surround and it came in an A5 folded glossy paper glued to the inside, I can't see a number anywhere - so annoying this as surely you need a number with any sim so you can tell people your number. With no credit I can't ring anyone to try and get the number, I'm so hopeless with these SIM cards and basics when it comes to PAYG.

Yes - it is there, but very easy to miss (as I did until Sindy pointed it out above). It's all in the same font and the same colour and it just looks like part of the printed blurb.
  • My O2 priority keeps asking me to update but no update is offered and uninstalling and reinstalling it doesn't help.

I have tried updating the app by reinstalling on my old samsung galaxy mini S3. However, the app won't update and I suspect my phone may just be too old for the new app.

    Any ideas?

That's probably the case - do you have a newer phone as well?
