I've fallen foul of this a couple of times too by waiting and going for my freebie after work, so now i make sure i get it on my lunch break.

If you read the detail for this item in Shopm it says in block capitals CASH BACK REQUESTS FORM BOOTS WON'T BE ACCEPTED
