I've complained about the new 5 minutes to redeem the code thing so if it's annoyed anyone else it'd be great if you did too.

I got the Valentines card and the Cafe Nero coffee today. Both of these only had 5 minutes redeeming time on them, which I agree is not long enough. The queue in Smiths and Cafe Nero is often considerably longer than 5 minutes wait!

Gosh they are making it difficult, from memory I know WHS was shorter like 15 minutes but I am sure last week when I used caf! nero it was something like 60 minutes.

It's difficult to get reception sometimes so if you go out of the stores and then get in a queue your five minutes could easily be up. :eek:

Yep; I got a coffee in Nero last week and it was definitely 60 minutes. Today it was 5 minutes! I wanted to get the Hotel Chocolat bar for my mum (it was her Birthday yesterday) but nowhere in London has any left! My fault for not jumping on the offer the day it stated I suppose...
