I don't know about PAYG, but I got a pay monthly Sim from e2save, which is still available, which is £9 per month and you get £108 cashback- which you have to claim for over various months so it makes it effectively free over 12 months. ( this is for 100 mins of calls, unlimted texts and 100mb of data.)If you go via Quidco or TCB you get an extra £7Plus. Some effort involved but free phone usage for a year.

I picked up a payg 50p/£1 sim from any shop, not topped up & just registered for O2 Priority. You could probably find a Free Sim on Topcashback, quidco etc. and may even earn a few pennies (50p or £1). but it depends on when you want to start taking advantage of the offers, because you would have to wait for the Free card to be posted out to your address.

I ordered one from O2 directly at https://www.o2.co.uk/freesim and when it arrived I popped it straight in my phone, didn't register the SIM with O2 but did allow it to run through the automatic set-up on my phone to enable it to recognise it. Then I downloaded the Priority app and entered my O2 phone number (got in an email confirming the order for the free SIM), and it works just fine, even if the SIM isn't in the phone.
Currently renovating our first home, so every penny counts! :j
  • Hi all, New to O2 and have installed the priority app. I can see the Halfords offer, but not the WHSmiths or dominos etc.. ie no food or drink freebies.

Are these send as a text to certain customers?

The WH Smith (free water) and Cafe Nero (free drink) appear on Tuesdays, about 10am. The various £1 meal deals (at WH Smiths, Dominos, Upper Crust etc) appear on Mondays about 11am.
  • Thanks for the info :) Just been to Halfords and used my first priority code.

There has already been a free valentines card from Cardmarket which has ended. As far as I can see they are owned by WHSmith.

Got my free de-icer and scraper today - mine is nothing like the previous free ones (as mentioned above). I got a short stubby de-icer and a plain blue scraper - not complaining though as they are free and the scraper is like the one I use to defrost my freezer!!
