    never knew they had Recover RTD... have only been offered the Diet Smoothies in banana or chocolate and all due to expire very quickly..

    T&C's state "choice of 4 flavours" but obviously depends on store's stock...

    Same happened with me but the manager went off (I couldn't see what she was doing) and then came back and said there was a known problem, overrode the till and gave me the card whilst apologising for the problem, sounds like you got a right pain.
