o2 priority moments freebies and offers (**updated**)

Hubby and I who are both O2 customers had the same code for Halfords free de-icer this week however our codes for a free hot drink in Caffe Nero were different.

as anotheruser suggested - cafe nero's codes are non-generic, so they are usually ok with screenshots...
but not sure if you mean the offer or the code is appearing; if it is just the offer without the code, i'm afraid there is no way to recover the code - at least to my knowledge...

Hi. I am new to these o2 priority moments.

I've received my sim and set up my online account and clicked for the free de-icer. It sent me a text but only with a link to goo.gl - where do I find the code, please?



Edit: S'ok, I found it by clicking the link on my phone, not on the pc!

word of warning if you have a windows phone

if you try to re-install the app you won't be able to

up until recently it was possible but not anymore - even if you try to manually install from an xap file

Luckily I have an android phone as well but the windows app was better as the codes didnt 'time out' like on android

So I guess if it shows an update I had better ignore it for now.

What exactly is the issue, has it gone from the store, or something else - why would you need to do a re-install?

until recently it was possible to find it in the store (hit & miss affair) but it looks like its now gone completely

even if you download the XAP file it wont install as its now recognised as 'unsupported'

It was occasionally worth re-installing as offers that supposedly had 'expired' came back after a re-install - also if you have a spare PAYG O2 SIM you can use the spare to get the same offer again - useful on offers like Caffe Nero
