Massive charges by Car Insurance to change address

Hi all, i have moved recently and was disgusted when I called my Car Insurance people who charged me a massive £35 to change my address. Is this right? Can they do that?:mad:

Unfortunately this is norm now. They do this for even changing car assuming its same group anything where it involves a change0

Is this purely an administration fee, or is this the total cost of the change including any increased premium?I am a mortgage broker. I think its an admin fee. Personally I think its a little steep but its probably legal although if it is a admin fee they surely it has to be reasonable0

Where is this massive charge you are on about? You mention £35 which is about the middle ground for admin charges.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
