no there wasn't - it was just a small add in the local paper along the lines of 'weekend receptionist wanted for x care home, hours negotiable ring xxxx'....

For insurance puroses for driving for example, rather than ask a candidate what his/her age was, it would be much wiser and sensible to ask if they are over 18 or 25 or whatever the insurance requirement was.

Asking for a candidates exact age is asking for trouble IMO.

like you said 'small ad in the paper'. They pay per advert size so they have limited space / text.
