Terms and Conditions

• 1.1: Entry into the wex photographic Competition is free, no purchase required.
• 1.2: Each entry is valid if the entrant supplies their full and valid email address. By not supplying a full valid email address the entry will be disqualified.
• 1.3: Only one entry is allowed per person (exclusion: Bonus Entries – see points 1.5-1.8).
• 1.4: Entrants can gain further entries (Bonus Entries) into the prize draw by referring friends, up to 8 friends can be referred. If you refer 2 friends you will get 2 bonus entries and so on.
• 1.5: The entrant can gain an additional 2 entries into the competition by tweeting a supplied link –'Tweeting'.
• 1.6: The maximum 'Bonus Entries' an individual entrant can acquire is 10. Therefore the maximum entries plus their 'Bonus Entries' into the competition that can be submitted per person is 11 (1 entry for themselves plus 10 subsequent 'Bonus Entries', comprised of 8 'Referral' plus 2 'Tweeting').
• 1.7: As part of entry into the competition you agree to wex photographic sending offers, discounts and tips/news to you via email. You can unsubscribe from this service at any time. We will not send marketing emails to the friend you refer.
• 1.8: Prizes are awarded by a wex photographic representative (Judge) picking a valid entry at random. The Judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• 1.10: Competition closes at 5pm, on the 28/02/2012. The winner will be notified up to 28 days post the closing date via email.
• 1.11: No responsibility will be accepted for any entries that are lost, incomplete/invalid, made fraudulently or delayed for whatever reason.
• 1.12: By entering the competition you agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activity or press material regarding the competition when required by wex photographic.
• 1.13: wex photographic respects your rights to privacy and will only use your data for the purposes set out in the conditions above and those set out in the wex photographic privacy policy.
• 1.14: wex photographic reserves the right to withdraw or amend this competition at any time.
