Stick or switch?!

I just moved into my flat and when I set up an account with British gas (the previous suppliers) I was told the cheapest I could possibly get my direct debits was £95 for dual fuel with no option to change D/D amount for 6 months. I searched and found Scottish power offering £80 a month but if I entered my meter readings online they would keep updating the amount.
Today, I received a phone call from british gas asking me to return, I explained that due to the level of direct debits I could not be with them. They worked out that, by unit, Scottish power would probably work out as £9 a year cheaper so they offered me £100 off my gas plus £50 to cover the cost of cancelling my Scottish power contract also, a free energy monitor PLUS access to the online page which would mean I can change my D/D amount every month and basically allows me to run my own account.
So........do I stick (Scottish power) or switch (British gas).
They're ringing me monday to find out so have a couple of days to think about it.

So long as the £50 will cover the cost of cancelling the Scottish power contract, then take BG offer, which will work out £91 cheaper and flexibility in managing your account.
Though the vision may not be the true future of man but it can't be completely beyond his control.

Thanks, it's what I was thinking but I was worried I might be getting caught up in a 'too good to be true' offer. Lol. The £50 is the cancellation fee so it's all good. :)
