Help please, dla appeal.

I had my DLA appeal tribunal yesterday. Everyone who was in before and after me lost their appeals and were told there and then. I never got told a decision and was sent home to wait for a letter? Does this mean I many have won my appeal? Any information would be helpful. Thanks.

Unfortunately you can't tell. They must've felt they couldn't take a decision within a matter of minutes (with you waiting outside while they deliberated) or that it was late in the day... the latter which appears not the case here. Unless a tribunal needs to seek further evidence for clarity then I would expect the decision to arrive by post pretty swiftly.. if not received within 3 working days after tribunal I'd phone them up. They will send a copy of the decision to the DWP at around same time.
