Loan payments are being recaluclated?

I just called Lloyds for 100th time and the women couldnt understand the notes on my account so she said she would call me back once she'd spoke to Andrea Barry - didnt expect to her from her again but she called within 10mins !!!

she said my monthly loan payments were being recalcualted as we speak and the money would be with me shortly.... i was in the shower when she called so was dripping wet and didnt ask any questions.. what does this mean????

I am not sure about them not asking questions, but assume you have made a complaint/reclaim and they are dealing with the calculations on the refund.;)
