Unbelievable

Ok so do any of you remember a problem i had with an item of clothing i bought from a seller? it was minging and covered with food? well ebay took it into there own hands as the seller said it wasnt like it when she sent it then ignored the case opened.this was a fair time back.i then get a message from her yesterday saying 'i can assure u it wasnt .. all i can do is apologise'

i replied back
'I can assure you it was why would i lie and i think u know that otherwise you would have been more than happy to refund me,instead ebay had to sort it out,the top went in the bin and i purchased another from someone else, why would i have had to do that if the top was in good condition as stated?? doesnt matter now just let it be a lesson for you for future reference'

she has replied
'hun it makes no difference to me cuz im not the one buyin second hand clothes 4 my child snm!!'

can u believe it,obviously peed her off lol
ive sent one back
'Really? funny u say that as your feedback says different! im not going to argue with you,ive obviously touched a nerve.if you were sorry like u said u would have refunded me no argument, but no.u have felt the need to ignore it and then message me weeks later to apologise.as a seller u should be ashamed for selling minging clothes only suitable for the bin which u had previosuly dressed your child in!'

Im just shocked that she has had the cheek to message me after ignoring messages about the item and the case opened against her then still tells me it wasnt in that condition when she sent it.yeah ok so within 24hrs of her sending it someone from RM got food and stains all over it,left it in a moldy shed then re-packaged it and put it though my door. silly woman.

    what does snm mean?
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

    SNM - say no more
  • Lol sounds like you was done like a smelly kipper and should have been taken to the cleaners lolol!! I would never buy anything off ebay that isn't new or made from metal or plastic. This is because the definition of used is very broad on ebay as is faulty and you got a bad egg.

I have fought these issues from both ends and the only sense is to take the hit and learn to buy new clothes for your kids, primanni is suitable for mine and I can afford more but kids as you know destroy clothes it's in there nature, so why buy expensive clothes? I hate parents that buy lots of brand names for their spoilt brats, they build rods for there own backs lol

I only buy next for my kids, call me a snob but there quality is the best, the only reason i bought this item was because it wasnt available in store/online anymore and wanted my youngest to have the same top as her older sister.so as for buying new clothes for my kids 99.9% of the time i do except this one occassion.i dont buy named clothes as i agree they do ruin them.
  • Don't know if you sell on ebay? Just a thought IF you do and use the same a/c for selling as you do buying, you might want to block that seller. Just in case they feel like playing silly games with your feedback.

If you don't sell, no worries x
