    I believe there's a test case coming through as the theft act may well be incompatible with HRA, DPA and FOI.
    Murder is not under threat, in fact depriving someone of a family member is a total breach of HRA ;)

    erm, apart from trying to have a go at me, what's your point? what family? what help will you be? maybe they've got the "notice" clause you use? maybe all this isn't real?

    have you found a link yet? no news agencies picking up on this? no major law firm's websites? no surprise.
