there was a post on the DIY board about these, pro's and cons -but I found this site and like the name - it shows the range available - put LED Downlighter onto google for 496 results

theres some sifting to be done with the google results,but a bottle of red will help me thru. I've just realised that theres a Maplins near me i might spend a couple of quid and see what happens when i fit it(i'll dig out the NBC suit before though):eek:0
