mrsbritishboy is after a good t-shirt designing/photo editing program for her pc to have a play with. I know from years ago Photoshop was a good one, but cost loads, are there any decent 'almost as good' programs that do 90% of the things but dont cost £300+?
Will be going on her Samsung laptop with windows 7 if that helps?
Any recommendations greatly recieved, and thanks in advance :T
