£20 Kurt Geiger giftcard free with Elle magazine

I ordered some boots that where £69 in the sale, i added the welcome code & Elle gift card and it bought them down to £29, plus £4 postage, total £33, and my KG account shows that, but i got a conformation email showing total as £53, anyone else had this, not sure what to do now, maybe a call to customer service in the morning i think .

Same has just happened to me. Shoes £50, minus £20 ELLE gift card, minus £20 for the welcome code, plus £4 P&P showed as £14. I have screen shotted the confirmation that says £14, although the email says £34. I wonder whether it was the ELLE card or the code that has gone wrong? I hope they honour it otherwise I'll be rather disappointed!

It won't let you use more than one Elle giftcard per transaction.

Kurt Geiger do free returns. Would it not be worth seeing what turns up and send it back if unsuitable price rather than ringing and tipping off KG to a potential glitch? Although chances are they already know about glitch.

It does say on the T&Cs when you register the gift card that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, so maybe that's why? Although not sure why it would allow you to add them both in the first place.

Please don't panic and contact them. My email was the same but my items have already been dispatched and the lower amount taken.

The same happened to me, got a clutch, purse and some hair bands £21 but confirmation shows £41, i got my dispatch e-mail last night after i ordered, havent checked my account, but hope they take the lower amount, can't wait to get my bag! its the star clutch with bow, now all i need is a hot black dress to go with it! lol

I havent got my card yet, but it is probably showing a £20 discount and then the balance which is paid by a gift card which is the equivalent of cash and CC.

Going to get my magazine later today!

I have had this before with Boden but it always comes off in the end, something to do with the giftcard being classed as cash?

ahh thanks for all the answers, dont worry i have not called them, ill wait and see what happens and yes thats also true with Boden, they class a gift card as cash, fingers crossed,
